Design and Construct
Bespoke customised solutions are a specialty, and a strong product starts with great design. We use 3D modelling in conjunction with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulations to ensure strength, durability, lightness, and fatigue resistance. Our designs are fully compliant to Australian standards such as AS4100, AS3990, AS1554, and AS4024, with safety in design and robust safety risk assessments being all part of the design process.

Installation
We offer installation services for the equipment we design and fabricate. This can include mechanical, structural, and electrical installations as well. We are also more than happy to do site installation of other OEM machinery and equipment along with entire plant relocations.

Servicing and Maintenance
We look after the entire lifecycle of your assets from cradle to grave. We offer service contracts and maintenance programs to keep plant and equipment functioning in optimal working order. We offer annual, bi-annual or quarterly service contracts depending on the equipment. Most importantly, our highly trained, experienced and friendly technicians will service and maintain your product to ensure the highest possible level of functionality, with safety our utmost priority. Our commitment to safety is our number one priority. Our technicians perform regular and thorough safety and maintenance checks of the equipment. In addition to the scheduled maintenance and servicing, in the event a problem does arise with your system, our technician will provide timely assistance, demonstrating patience and professionalism, until the issue has been resolved. With a friendly attitude and attention to detail, your equipment will be restored to optimal functionality.
About Us
Hercules Complete Engineering was created in 2021 to provide fabrication services to our sister company Hercules Carparking Systems (carparking.hercules.com.au). We used to import carparking machinery from all over the world and used to have steel structures fabricated by a South Korean factory. But we continually found that overseas manufacturers had a distinct lack of knowledge and understanding around Australian Standards and Safety requirements. Further to this, the steel grades used were inferior and the quality was mediocre. Instead of continually rectifying other machinery supplier’s machines, and getting them up to code, we figured it would just be easier and faster to make it ourselves!
Add to that we are creating more employment opportunities for Australians, and we are now also proudly adding to the prosperity of the country and increasing manufacturing capabilities once again. Our fully automated carparking systems are 100% Australian designed, manufactured, installed, and serviced by Hercules Complete Engineering.
